Terms and Conditions

Robert Gillmer, LLC  is for ELDT, Entry Level Driver Training. Our company services companies not individuals.  



  • Online course must be paid in full before you will be registered. 
  • These courses are self -paced and if help is needed there is a help button on the dashboard to guide you.
  • For the in-classroom theory training you MUST have at least 10 people in the class, paid in advance, and held at your facility.
  • Robert Gillmer, LLC will provide all the materials needed for the in-classroom training. 
  • The RANGE and ROAD will be conducted with your companies equipment and at your facility. 

Return and Refund Policy

Once all services are purchased there will be no refunds. 


Our Return and Refund policy is as follows:

  • All services, once paid for, are not refundable.
  • Each company will receive a proposal that will have to be approved before services will be rendered. 
  • Companies are responsible for payment of all the services.
